About Steve Rice

Steve Rice serves as Managing Director for Americans for Carbon Dividends.  He is responsible for campaign management and execution, including building support for the Baker-Shultz carbon dividends plan among key jurisdictions and constituencies.

Steve previously served for four years as Director of Political Mobilization at Boeing, engaging stakeholders on priority issues.  Over nine preceding years, Steve served as a Senior Vice President at two leading Washington public affairs firms – Mercury and DDC – specializing in grassroots campaign strategy and implementation for clients across a full spectrum of industries.   

Prior to his work in Washington, DC, Steve ran political campaigns throughout California for a decade – from local ballot measures to congressional and statewide races – and was based in San Diego and Sacramento at McNally Temple Associates.
